Don't hesitate to meet the wonderful family at Vineyard Bay Automotive. I have been taking my cars to them for many years. Such a good group of people. From Jon and Randy I can always expect integrity and a well taken care of vehicle. Their technicians are always willing to help and perform proper work. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Service is always direct with great communication despite the nature of automotive repair being negative. I can leave satisfied and happy. They treat you like family at V-Bay. Thanks y'all!

Okay, I am not one to leave Google reviews often, but this was the most pleasant and smooth experience I have ever had taking my car in to an auto shop.I went in to get my oil changed and Jonathan helped me at the front desk; He was very friendly and super helpful, he even looked my car up to check it’s maintenance schedule to make sure I didn’t need to have anything else checked. I hung out inside on their comfy couch and they had my car back out and ready quickly, and after I left, I realized he had them fill up my windshield wiper fluid, which was out, haha!!Will definitely be back, amazing service!

I have used them in the past; I moved to far to use them now. I have no complaints; Jon May is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them all the time. I tell people to go talk to Jon; he will take care of them.
